Maryam d’abo is an English actress born in Hammersmith, London, in December 1960. She gained popularity for her role as Kara Milovy in the 1987 film The Living Daylights where she played a Bond girl. D’abo has also appeared in several TV series and films, including Master of the Game, Something is Out There, Doctor Zhivago, and Murder, She Wrote.
Aside from her acting career, d’abo is known for her marriage to director Hugh Hudson in 2003. She is also related to musician Mike d’Abo and actress Olivia d’Abo.
