Sophie Monk had a stressful day by the pool in Spain on Sunday as her husband Joshua Gross watched her spill frozen drinks all over herself.

The Love Island presenter, 42, was lounging back on a day bed, dressed in nothing but a skimpy bikini as she held two icy beverages.

As Joshua approached with a camera, she appeared to be struggling to hold the large cocktails with her 'weak wrists', but he ignored her pleas for help.

He still refused to help as Sophie tried to sit up and offered him one of the drinks.

'Please hold it, I'm not joking. Please, I don't know what to do,' she yelled. 'Please, my wrist is getting sore. This wrist is weak. Babe, hurry, hurry!'
